Welcome to Intuitive Dreams. Do you find yourself curious about your sleep dreams and the role they play in your life? Would you like to know more about your own intuition and how it can help you make better decisions? Are you aware of the emotional healing that can be gained through a focused approach to working with and understanding your dreams?
As a person who utilizes dream and intuition work on a daily basis I encourage you to learn more about working with your dreams and intuition. We all are born with intuition and the ability to remember our dreams, the key however, is in recognizing how intuition and dream images speak to us. By utilizing these two aspects of your personal energy you can balance your life through a combined Mind, Body, and Spirit, approach. This allows a solid connection with your spirituality while still meeting the demands of daily life.
Here are some examples I've outlined in my books:
"If I asked you to picture a “perfect day” in your mind, how would you describe it to me? I ask this question during my intuition workshops as a method of getting the participants to focus on the gap between what they consider a balanced day and how their current days are actually going. I use the word balanced here, because most of us feel our lives are balanced when all of our needs in Mind, Body, and Spirit are being met. Yet, if a need in one of these areas is not being fulfilled, we begin to feel a sense of imbalance in our lives." - FROM : Reflections On The Art Of Balance
"In Western society we do not spend a lot of time thinking about our dreams. We may mention in passing to a friend that we had a particular dream during the night that left an impression on us, but our thoughts are often too preoccupied with the nuances of daily life to give our dreams much attention. People often say they do not dream. I would rather say that that they do not have the energy to remember their dreams. Because of all the daily demands placed on our attention, we often are so lost in our thoughts that we have forgotten how to listen to the world around us. When we start to listen, we will find that knowledge can cross our paths in many forms, either through dreams or in our daily experiences where coincidence suddenly takes on a personal meaning. As I learned to listen to my dreams, I started to unmask the real issues surrounding my life. By learning to listen, I also learned how to live."
